Shepherds of Good Hope Honours Truth and Reconciliation Day
Today we honour Truth and Reconciliation Day, a time to remember the survivors of residential schools, the children who never returned home, and the ongoing impacts these institutions have had on Indigenous communities.
We encourage everyone to take this day not only to reflect, but to act, listen, learn, and support Indigenous voices and organizations working towards healing and justice.
Reconciliation is a shared responsibility. Together, we can create a future rooted in truth, respect, and equity.
