The Board of Directors at Shepherds of Good Hope is responsible for ensuring we fulfill our mission to support and uphold the dignity of individuals at risk of and experiencing homelessness.

As a board member, you will be responsible for collaborating with fellow leaders on strategic planning, governance, and organizational oversight. We are looking for passionate, community-minded individuals who are dedicated to addressing homelessness, community and mental health, and social services, with experience in the following fields:

• Human Resources
• Finance
• Social Services
• Housing
• Marketing
• Lived or living experience of housing hardship, homelessness, substance use or mental health
