Community Kitchen and Drop-In

Open 365 days of a year, the Shepherds of Good Hope Community Kitchen provides nutritious meals to people experiencing homelessness in our community.

650+ meals are served every day (over 89,000 meals a year!) by dedicated Shepherds volunteers and staff.

Located in Richcraft Hope Centre on 216 Murray St, in the heart of Lowertown, and opened in May 2025, Shepherds Community Kitchen is purpose built to serve the needs of the community.

More than just meals, Richcraft Hope Centre also provides a drop-in centre for up to 16 hours per day. Guests can work with staff and social workers who help them with life-skills assistance and advice.

An outdoor gathering space will be created during the summer of 2025, providing a safe space for the community.
