It’s time to retire our loyal and hardworking truck, known as “Rusty Ruby”. We are asking the community to help us as we launch a campaign to help us feed hungry people by buying a new refrigerated truck.

This year’s Annual General Meeting focused on Compassionate Community Connections. We brought together staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to discuss this past year’s successes and our organization’s direction for the future.

Yesterday, Deirdre Freiheit, President and CEO talked with Rick Gibbons about the funding we have received for our 5th supportive housing residence on Montreal Road.

The Canadian and Mortgage Housing Corporation announced $3.65 million in funding to go toward Shepherds of Good Hope’s fifth supportive housing facility, 765 Montreal Road.
