2019 Annual General Meeting – Compassionate Community Connections

OTTAWA, ON – June 27, 2019 – On June 26th Shepherds of Good Hope held its 36th Annual General Meeting. This year’s meeting focused on Compassionate Community Connections. We brought together staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to discuss this past year’s successes and our organization’s direction for the future.

Shepherds of Good Hope is committed to maintaining and fostering new innovative community partnerships. We value each of our specialized partnerships and the services they help us to provide to many of Ottawa’s homeless and most vulnerable.

Our keynote speakers this year included, Gord Gardner, Executive Director of the Community Addictions Peer Support Association (CAPSA) and Chair of Recovery Day Ottawa and Uday Singh Jaswal, Deputy Chief, Ottawa Police Service.

We also created a video that highlighted the incredible community partnerships Shepherds of Good Hope relies on every day; from donors and volunteers, to partnering agencies and our staff. Click on the video below to view.
