It’s easy to become a volunteer at Shepherds of Good Hope. We have one of the easiest application processes in the city! Just apply online and we’ll schedule an in-person volunteer interview. A police check and two references later, you’ll be volunteering with us!

We have one of the best volunteering environments and we like to keep in touch. With our appreciation program, including barbecues and award ceremonies and our approachable and friendly staff, it’s a great place to volunteer.

There are awesome positions across Ottawa. Don’t want to drive to King Edward and Murray? No problem! We have locations across the city, from Kanata, to Carlington, to Alta Vista.

We know life gets busy, so we offer flexible volunteering hours. Can’t make it one week? Let us know and it’s no issue. Have a few weeks off? Come spend them with us and pick up a few more shifts.
